Adding Editable Images

We can edit Image from the App.

You can add editable Images in the following scenarios

Scenario: We can add images for “work order” status as (Assigned/In Progress/Completed) in the Order Entity. It will help the field agent/sales representative to see the current status of all the work orders at a glance.

Following are the steps to add Editable   Images.

  • Step 1: Store the images in the images folder in your Woodford Solution in CRM.

  • Step 2: Give suitable name to the images.

  • Step 3: Store the images in the png format
  • Step 4: All the entity images on the public view should be in png format. So make sure that you store your images in the proper format
  • Step 5: Go to Lead Entity , Go to Fields enable the Rating field

  • Step 6 : Click on project image.

  • Step 7: Select the fields for which you want to display the image.

  • Step 8: Click on Edit styles.
  • Step 9: Go to image filter, click the new style and edit a new style

  • Step 10: In the format string set your image path
  • Step 11: Give appropriate name of the style (E.g.- LeadImageStyle)
  • Step 12: Publish the changes. Sync the Resco Mobile App.

  • We can change the rating from the Resco App as displayed in the below image. The Image associated with the field will get displayed.
